1 General Provisions and Eligibility

By using the khelovip.cam website and all services operated under it (referred to hereafter as "khelo" or "the platform"), you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

To create an account on khelo and take part in any betting or casino activity, you must be at least 21 years old. Creating an account by concealing your identity or using someone else's identity is strictly prohibited, and khelo reserves the right to close any such account at any time.

These terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh. Users must satisfy themselves that participating in online betting and gaming is acceptable under their own personal circumstances.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on khelo, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. If incorrect information is given, the account may be suspended or closed and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, the extra accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings earned from those accounts will be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will also be treated as a violation of this policy.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details, password, and OTP completely confidential. If you believe that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify the khelo support team immediately. If account access is given to a third party, the user bears full responsibility for any resulting loss.

2.4 Identity Verification

khelo reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other documents may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on khelo can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. It is generally recommended to withdraw using the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.2 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawals are normally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, they may be delayed if identity verification is pending or due to technical reasons on the backend. In the event that a withdrawal request is rejected, the khelo support team will provide the reason.

3.3 Account Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted. Deposits must be sent from your own mobile wallet account — funds sent from a third party's account will not be accepted.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

Various bonus offers are available on khelo. New users can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw bonus funds, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal is eligible.

The following general bonus conditions apply to every promotion:

• To claim a bonus, you must apply within the specified time limit for each offer.
• A new bonus cannot be activated until the current bonus has been fully wagered.
• Bonus claims made using multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will be cancelled.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be subject to restrictions on certain game categories.
• Each promotion has its own detailed terms, which will be listed separately on the platform.

khelo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. khelo's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, khelo reserves the right to cancel it. Official sources will be used to determine results.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Account manipulation for the purpose of exploiting any bonus.
• Placing bets using inside information that could influence the outcome.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or similar technology.
• Accessing another user's account or using their information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.

5.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have an objection regarding the result of a bet, you must contact support within 48 hours of the event. Our team will investigate and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. The platform's recorded data will be treated as authoritative in all decisions.

6 Limitation of Liability

khelo takes reasonable measures to maintain uninterrupted service on the platform. However, the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, third-party provider issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, khelo will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by users.

khelo does not guarantee the RTP of any game or any winnings. The outcome of all games and events is independent and nothing is predetermined. Betting and casino activities carry financial risk, and there is no guarantee that lost funds will be recovered.

7 Intellectual Property and Content

All content published on khelovip.cam — text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of khelo or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited. khelo's trademarks, name, or logos may not be used without authorisation.

8 Privacy and Personal Data

9 Responsible Gaming

• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• A requirement to comply with legal or regulatory instructions.

10.2 At the User's Initiative

Any user who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. Any pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed, and any active bonus that has not met its wagering requirement will be cancelled.
